From the arrival at Rowley Hall to my discharge I was made to feel reassured and nothing was to much trouble for all staff involved weather it was asking for a cup of tea or about pain relief all staff were fantastic

I was at Rowley Hall hosp for 2 nights in July 2021 when I had a total knee replacement. The food was excellent, the care brilliant and the staff friendly. I had my own ensuite room with TV and the view of the gardens. I didn't want to leave lol

Everything was as you would expect of a hospital with caring nurses and well organised. I only spent one night but the attention was superb. Fiona Morris, the senior plastics nurse was amazing in every respect from the pre operation interview and throughout the entire procedure to the final meeting post operation. Her care and personality was superb and most comforting in every way.

FANTASTIC! I have had two hip replacements within the last three months. On both occasions I was treated with kindness and nothing was too much trouble. A huge thank you to everyone!

The care at Rowley Hall is everything a hospital should be, both kind and professional. I have been lucky enough to be a private patient over the years and more recently NHS and found my care consistently good. In the last few years I have had a shoulder replacement and two full knee replacements. The staff have always been caring and friendly especially with pain relief when needed. The food is also very fresh and attractively presented, a good thing when you are not feeling well.

The telephone system in the hospital is in desperate need of updating as I had a lot of trouble contacting both the outpatients department and the wards. At one point I had to make a visit to the hospital in person just to make an appointment. Also during my stay I had a lot of trouble with the internet so this may need addressing too?
